Hydrate Early
Drink water and electrolytes 2-3 hours before you arrive so it's in your tissues, not sitting in your stomach.
Our modern flagship was custom built in 2025. Seamlessly blending Scandinavian design with traditional Japanese building techniques. Wood fired and truly Toes Above Stones offering an experience of heat second to none.

Our traditional barrel sauna was custom designed and handcrafted in 2023. We lovingly call her Sweaty Betty. Her cedar interior is heated by a 80,000 BTU stove and operates between 175-194°F. She is fire and magic.
